D2.3 Final MAKE-IT monitoring and assessment framework: a new analysis of making in Europe
Taking its point of departure from MAKE-IT Deliverable D2.1 (conceptual and methodological framework, March 2016), Deliverable D2.2 (monitoring and assessment framework, June 2016) designed an initial impact measurement framework, also drawing on the requirements and results of other MAKE-IT WPs. The purpose of the framework was to provide a simple, flexible but also robust instrument that focuses purely on the important issues that are required to measure and compare in order to understand the actual and potential impacts of individual Maker initiatives, as well better understand such impacts of the maker movement more generally. An additional purpose was to provide this instrument for use by other projects and initiatives after the end of the MAKE-IT project. Deliverable D2.2 has now been tested and updated in this deliverable D2.3: the fnal MAKE-IT monitoring and assessment framework (December 2017).
