This page informs you regarding our policies in managing your personal data through the use of this website. Use of MAKE-IT‘s website and any of the services it offers implies the full acceptance of the conditions stipulated by the following Privacy Policy.

Data storage

According to the Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that any personal data requested in our forms or that may be supplied to us by means of our email addresses will be added to our personal data files owned by INSTITUT d’ARQUITECTURA AVANÇADA DE CATALUNYA, Fundació Privada, whose purpose is to maintain contact with you.

Exercising the right to access, rectify, cancel or oppose the personal data held on file

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by sending a written request accompanied by a photocopy of your ID/passport to the following address: [email protected].

User comments and registration

Users may leave comments on the MAKE-IT website by:

  1. leaving name, e-mail and website in the comment: these details will be saved in the database, but only name and website will be publicly displayed along the comment;
  2. by creating a new user on the MAKE-IT website: username, e-mail and passwords will be saved in the database, but only name and website will be publicly displayed along the comment;
  3. by creating an user with the WordPress Social Login plugin (support) but by doing the login with your account on:
    • Google (privacy policy)
    • Facebook (privacy policy)
    • Twitter (privacy policy)
    • GitHub (privacy policy)
    • In this case username, e-mail and website will be downloaded from Google / Facebook / Twitter / GitHub and saved in the database; but only name and website will be publicly displayed along the comment;

Please remember that the creation of an user on the MAKE-IT website implies the reading and acceptance of this Privacy Policy and of the Cookie Policy.
