MAKE-IT Workshop: How Labs become relevant

Today’s labs and makerspaces are of greatly varying areas of expertise. As some struggle to obtain sufficient funding, others struggle to attract the right users, the need of matching market needs with lab offerings is more important than ever.

This workshop will provide participants with hands-on tools for understanding their stakeholders – from users to sponsors and funders – on what actual “job” they are hiring the lab to get done, through the frameworks of value proposition design and customer development.
