D2.2 Monitoring and assessment framework
D2.2 provides an initial monitoring and assessment framework, also drawing on the requirements and results of other MAKE-IT WPs as these have developed at time of writing. It is an initial framework to be tested and adapted to support MAKE-IT’s in-depth case studies and further desk research, as well as to examine other related projects where relevant. The objective of D2.2 at this early point in the MAKE-IT project is to provide a simple, flexible but also robust tool that focuses purely on the important issues we need to measure and compare for the purposes of monitoring and assessment. It thus does not attempt to examine the detailed workings of individual cases, as this is the purpose of WPs 3 and 4, but instead to draw out from these the main elements which can be used to better understand the impacts they are having. The purpose of D2.2 is, at this stage therefore, to act purely as an assessment tool for use by the MAKE-IT project itself for monitoring and assessing the case studies in WPs 3 and 4.
